HOANG NGAN RESTAURANT is a chain of traditional Vietnamese restaurants with 3 locations in Tokyo and Yokohama. With the motto “Bringing Vietnamese soul far and wide”, HOANG NGAN RESTAURANT is proud to introduce to international diners dishes imbued with national identity such as beef noodle soup, Hanoi bun cha, fried spring rolls, and Southern Vietnamese pancakes.

The space at HOANG NGAN RESTAURANT is designed in a traditional style, from Hoi An lanterns to wooden tables and chairs and traditional music, bringing a cozy, close feeling like being in Vietnam. Ingredients are carefully selected, many types are directly imported from Vietnam to ensure the preservation of the characteristic flavor.
